Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Once access has been granted, refunds will not be issued.

Coaching Programs & Consulting Services

Payments made for coaching, consulting, strategy sessions, or mentorship programs are non-refundable once services have begun. If you are enrolled in a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation level or usage. Rescheduling requests for live sessions must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

Subscription & Membership Billing

If Loan Logic Method offers recurring memberships or subscription-based services:

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before your next billing date.
• You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
• No prorated refunds will be provided for partially used billing periods.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges
• Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved
• Accidental purchases reported promptly

Approved refunds, if any, will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
